It is clear that a Summons in the criminal jurisdiction must be issued in the name of the Crown.    However, which Crown ???

Watch the “in court” section on DVD-09 again before you go to court.
 

When I received the Summons - It stated “You are hereby Commanded, in Her Majesty's name to appear at the Magistrates Court ... etc”  Or it may say something else with no acknowledgement to Her Majesty, but it may say “the State of …........”, or it may even say you are “charged” under some “rule” or even some “Act “ It may even say “The Crown”

Either way, do not get into any discussion of the so called offence, or anything related to it, remember, it is your court, you are only accused, and you have rights. The moment you accept their “court”, you forfeit your Human Rights. You are John Smith, a freeman, not JOHN SMITH, the fictional entity on your Birth Certificate.
 

Ask the judge or magistrate, or whoever is in the seat - “Do you represent Her Most Excellent Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II of the House of Windsor, who has sworn to uphold God's Laws when she accepted the legitimate Crown ?”                                

He may evade the question, or say he is representing the State, or even the Crown.    If so – then ask   “which Crown do you represent the “Crown Corporation,  Her majesty in Right of England” ? - “it is a sovereign independent nation in  the heart of London, it has no claim on me, I am a freeman.“

Ask the Judge - “May I see your Certificate of Commission signed by the Governor or Governor General for you to be a legitimate Justice ?   This will really cause some to spit the dummy, since they are nearly all Corporation employees now … ie  employed by the State Gov't  which is the Company/Corporation.          Get the ABN number before you go to Court.

However, before you go to court and face a potential fine, or even jail, listen carefully to the DVD again – you must know who “you” are and who “they” are. Once you submit in any way to “their” court, you have little chance. The Courts now are also private corporations, Inc = incorporated under the “Crown” ie (the Crown Corporation)   Know the facts and keep your cool, and take a group of friends to witness the event.

“I am a Subject of Her Most Excellent Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II of the House of Windsor, so I expect that you (the magistrate) represent Her most excellent Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and this is a proper Chapter 3 Constitutional Court under Common Law of England ?   If this is not the case, then I am not subject to this present court. I claim my right to a proper Common Law court in the name of Her Most Excellent Majesty …

(if denied, do not argue, simply say “ I have no contract with you, nor any company you claim to represent"  Address the room and ask - “Does any person here have a claim against me ?”   (Look around – wait 60 seconds)  “If not, then there is no further business here.” (see below … threats.)    Any further threats or actions by “them” is assault. Be sure to tell “them” that loudly if “they” attempt anything.
 

All courts are bound by the Rules of "The Constitution Act". You cannot be tried by a corporation (company) . Take your copy of Clause 5 of  "The Constitution Act" with you as well as your Public Notice

If the Court doesn’t represent Clause 5,  politely excuse yourself from the Court as that Court is not of Competent Jurisdiction to the “Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.”  Clause 5 tells you what you are BOUND to - you are NOT bound to anything else.

Any further threats or actions by “them” is assault. Be sure to tell “them” that loudly if “they” attempt anything.
