- Firstly, how is it possible to have Royal Assent without a validly appointed Governor General ?
- How is it possible to have a council without consent of the people expressed by referendum ? People elected at the 1988 referendum to NOT have a 3rd tier of Gov.
- Thirdly, where is the evidence these acts attained royal assent & were these acts gazetted?

Both Acts have Corporation Seals of the Queensland Government and Copyrighted; the private people are NOT within the Seal and the Copyright so these acts have nothing to do with us. People need to learn to read. Lawyers swear their OATH to the Corporation Courts. The Constitution 2001 does not include a statement of executive power vesting in the Sovereign and the so called Governor is an office holder to this Corporation so how can you get ROYAL ASSENT ? This GOVERNOR is a total FRAUD. The Governor representing the Crown is "IN AND OVER THE STATE" not in the Premier's back pocket.
Have a close look at the Fines Enforcement letter you received. You will find the words "Alleged Speed". Can you have a penalty enforced upon you when the offence is still only “alleged” ? So who is ‘he’ that makes the allegation and what is the ‘proof’ ?
Without that court proof, we declare ourselves guilty through the payment. We agree to the guilt that they have not yet proven “legally”. That is why they tier the “alleged” fine to a level just below a day’s pay – too small to waste money on a lawyer, too small to lose a day’s pay. They entrap your thought process first. If EVERYONE took these to court to have them proven, that would clog the system and your “case” may take years to be heard.
If the camera is the "ONLY" witness to this offence, what proof do you have to show this camera has got it right. Can this camera be called as a witness, "NO" So, they need to produce some proof of claim that it was you, your car, what cert's do they have for the camera, and best of all, can they explain and show Pythagoras theory. Does the operator know how this works and how to calculate ?
Write a letter to the Attorney General, fines enforcement division, ask them, what “crown” is coming after me for this “alleged” Offence. Is it the Crown Corporation, In Right of Her Majesty, (watch the video below) or is it the true Crown, Her Most Excellent Majesty, Queen Elizabeth the Second.
If the Attorney General department is Fines Enforcement and is also the Justice Department, ask them, what sort of justice will "I" get if i go to your place of business. Is this not a conflict of interest. As they are a corporation with an ABN, conflict of interest is considered a criminal offence. If they have ABN's and are registered for GST, what "goods and Services" are they selling, surely not justice........... Don't just hmm ... write the letters NOW!!

The problem lies in the words -
Our laws are based on Biblical principles embodied in our Constitution Clauses 1 to 9 which cannot be changed in any way. In Clause 9 sections 1 to 128 cannot be changed without the consent of the people in a Referendum.
Clause 5 (Operation of the Constitution and laws):
“This Act, and all laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State and of every part of the Commonwealth, notwithstanding anything in the laws of any State “
Thus every valid Law must conform to the Constitution.
Statutes are not Laws, they are merely rules, generally made up by private companies.
Such rules are binding only on the employees or contractors with that company. Since
State Governments, Local Councils and many others who pretend to be “government”
today, are in fact, private Companies / Corporations, their “rules” are Statutes,
not valid Laws.
They have no authority over anyone outside of that private Company.
Knowing that, and the fact that someone is attempting to have you believe they have
“authority” to fine you, invest your time to buy and watch all 4 parts of this DVD-

If they don't like your rate of payment or terms for your service they don't have to engage your services and are required to leave you alone. Otherwise it is harassment, debt bondage and forced labour !!! Criminal offences with terms of imprisonment ...
Just think... are the people on the other side who require something from you "getting paid" to correspond with you and ask you to do things ??? If they are (and if they work for Gov agencies , council, police, etc ... you bet they are!). The list is as long as a dunny roll ...
So if you choose to correspond / respond to any allegations, requirements, requests or tasks etc, by anyone, then provide them with your terms for your services. Your Fees Schedule and your Invoice for your services rendered and tasks performed for their benefit... and collect as they do ...
This is about knowing who you are, exercising your rights and calling their bluff ...
